Please call customer service and get the invoice number and explain the reason. We always reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a credit note. No goods can be returned without first notifying the team member who collects your order. Products or special order goods can be sold to any VIP member only in cases of returns and the loss must be borne by the customer who placed the first order or it may not be returned. Our service team will make all the repairs quickly if there is any fault to serve you reliably.
